Rusty Olmes

Rusty has over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur and executive in private industry. His areas of expertise include developing business and financial strategies, establishing internal accounting & cost controls, financial modeling, operations management, project management, and litigation risk management. He has held GM positions with direct responsibility for bottom-line profitability, operations, and sales/marketing. As a consultant, he has prepared business plans, feasibility studies, and financial forecasts for start-up, growth, and turnarounds. Mr. Olmes has worked directly with senior corporate officers, attorneys, and accountants in facilitating all manner of business transactions to include debt consolidations, business expansions, financial workouts and bankruptcies, and restructuring. Over the years, he has obtained loan commitments in excess of $75M in capital funding for small to medium-size businesses in Pennsylvania as well as numerous national firms; negotiating favorable agreements with various local and national lending institutions. Noted for his ability to structure creative financing, he has negotiated favorable conditions for a number of distressed and bankrupt entities, to include healthcare. He is a graduate of Grove City College with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Frank Ruggieri

Frank has over 20 years of strategic and tactical experience as an executive and consultant in private, public and family-owned businesses. His industry experience covers a wide array of verticals.  As an executive, Mr. Ruggieri has experience in strategic business planning, financial modeling, budget preparation and P&L; and has provided strategic and tactical leadership in addressing complicated business challenges.  As a management consultant, he has directed small to large scale consulting engagements that include facilitating turnarounds, restructurings and reorganizations; performing new business feasibility studies, evaluating opportunities, and designing/implementing business development strategies; and, conducting due diligence and integration work for M&As. He has a successful track record of leading businesses through transformations and change, building business models for turnaround, start-up and growth situations. Mr. Ruggieri has presented and served as a moderator at various conferences. He is a graduate of Indiana University of PA (BA) and Marymount University (MS). He currently serves on the MIT Enterprise Forum Board of Directors.
